Name♦:Willow Borasco

Age♦: 18

Pronouns♦:They, them, their, (singular they)

Ethnicity♦: Pacific islander. Mostly Hawaiian, though describes self and family as "Polynesian Asian"

Nationality♦: USA

Affinity♦: Nature

Pros♦: Sweet, caring, logical, lucky

Cons♦: Critical, vindictive, rigid, flaky, sudden temper

Height♦: Currently 4" in dim/flare

Body type♦: Currently appears as a lithe 9 year old.
Species♦: Human

Personality♦:

Willow often appears to have their own agenda in their head. They are a fairly quiet introverted type person who values methodical thinking over fast paced social banter (not that they can't enjoy or appreciate these things). Sometimes they look to be absent minded and with their head in the clouds, but if gently roused out of their own world they have a fairly sweet and caring demeanor laced with curiosity. However they can be quite critical of people and themself, and tend to withdraw or not follow through on actions if they feel moody.

They have many complex little routines and ways of thinking, and if disrupted from their rigid line of thoughts (much like a fast moving orderly assembly line), they do have the capacity to show sudden unreasonable bouts of temper and high emotional charges, which tends to surprise those who are used to their more collected and calm temperament. People also used to their more quiet and  calm temperament also might be surprised that they can be ridiculously silly and humorous. Tends to have humor others might find themselves uncomfortable with, and gets a kick out of offending bigoted people.

Magic specs♦:

Willow can be described within the summoner spectrum and does not fight opponents directly, utilizing members of their family as the source of their power. The staff they use is a medium to allow the summoning of their five siblings in various forms, each utilizing their own  magic and for combat or support. Each sibling has up to 3 forms if summoned, increasing in strength with the tier.

1st tier: A small animal | 2nd tier a larger version of the animal | 3rd tier: Humanoid form

With each tier, more magic and energy is drained from Willow, and the more summons they have out at a time the more strain they put on their body and mind. Each summon also has varying difficulty levels in accessing the tiers, and Willow has not mastered any of them.

Along with their staff, Willow has their shield, which they use to defend themselves in the event that an enemy bypasses the defense of one of their summoned siblings. The shield can levitate and move around, and often times Willow will sit in it and use it for transportation. Both the shield and staff they use can break if Willow is exerting too much of themself, or if they both sustain substantial damage from direct attacks (This will cause their summons to vanish). The shield and staff will attempt to put themselves back together, but while they are doing so Willow will be extremely vulnerable. Thankfully, the shield and staff have reinforced strength thanks to magic and should not be assumed to have average wood frailty.

Willow's summons are held in the ornaments on their staff and utilize the following elements within combat:

Bird: Fire [healing/offensive]

Shark: Ice [Offensive]

Moth: Nature [Buffs/healing]

Beetle: Light [Defensive]

Butterfly/Dragonfly: Dark [Offensive]

History♦: [Warning for abuse/sexual assault mention]

When Willow was born, they were born the youngest in the state of Hawai'i in the USA, into a large family. Their family tended to be very busy, and moved to California for business when they were four. It was there that as they started to grow up, they started to notice things around them. For one, they didn't feel like a boy or girl as soon as they could comprehend gender identity, and two, their ways of talking, acting, and being didn't seem to match up with other children their age. Their grandmother ran a few tests on them, and they were diagnosed with aspberger's syndrome. Their grandmother also suspected that they might be a non-binary transgender individual, but the thoughts were rejected by their father.

From there they attempted to fit in with other kids their age, but was often ostracized or made fun of. Instead, they relied heavily on social interaction with their older siblings, tending to withdraw from classmates and strangers. Their siblings consisted of a pair of twins; Rem and Vinne, and a set of triplets; Nyx, Hemera, and Persephone. The twins were 2 years older than them, and the triplets 4 years older. Often when Willow's parents were busy, they would watch and observe their siblings for amusement, and although their siblings didn't always understand them, they loved Willow regardless of their quirks and temperament.

In particular Willow was close to their sibling Rem, who always stuck up for them and defended them aggressively, often with the help of their twin, Vinne. The twins both enjoyed similar things, Rem in particular enjoyed dancing and was in ballet class, whereas Vinne liked to play volleyball and basketball. Since the twins had friends that caused the dancing and basketball to intersect more often than not, Willow was always watching them from the background. Rem and Vinne seemed to care deeply for two of their friends in particular, a boy and girl named Ruuben Grahn and Adrian LeBlanc respectively. Because of this, Willow cared for those two as well.

When Willow was eight years old, Rem announced to the family that he was a boy, previously being raised as a girl. This came as a bit of a shock to the family, not understanding entirely how a person that lived and breathed typically feminine things was a boy. Nonetheless Rem was aggressive and persistent in validating his gender identity. Their father, frustrated at the development, revealed that they had to go back to Hawai'i for business, much to the devastation to all of Willow's siblings, who didn't want to leave their friends.

Regardless, they moved back to Hawai'i for a few years, one in which their grandparents both passed away, but not before showing Willow that magic was quite real. Their grandmother revealed that she was an arcanist, and along with some other elder Borascos, would be passing a lot of magic down to Willow and their siblings (Mostly their siblings), however they were not allowed to use it under ANY circumstances due to the raw and potentially destructive nature of it. It was suggested to not even talk about it. Willow however watched Rem and Nyx do parlor tricks in private, not saying a word, though this was swiftly silenced by their strict father once he discovered them all.

When they were 12 years old, their family moved back to California for further business. Through everything, they were always watching and admiring their siblings, especially Rem, who had taken up basketball with Vinne upon entering high school. When Willow themself entered high school, they found their own niche of people to fit in with, and seemed to be happy. The Borascos continued to live normally among BT, shrugging their inherent magic off and concealing it. Willow struggled with their gender identity for a bit before Rem helped them figure out their non binary status.

Things changed dramatically when Willow was 16. One night, due to concern of Rem's whereabouts after receiving a text, Willow found him being violently assaulted by members of his basketball team in a warehouse. After viciously attacking and chasing the assailants off, Willow took their brother to the hospital, both dramatically shaken up. What followed was a bitter pursuit for justice for their sibling. From that point on, Willow became much more closed off in personality, and much more critical of injustices in society and the world, watching as Rem closed himself off as well to all but a few, his former sunny disposition going from full time to part time at the loss of people he had called "friends".

So when they were sought out by Magi Ordo at 18 for classified reasons, they complied with them, hoping that they could use whatever magical power they had to help bring justice to the world, and maybe even universe, just like they had gotten justice for Rem (who later came out as non binary). Willow has been working with Magi Ordo for a few months now, having spent the last month or so familiarizing themself with the layout of Arc and it's many facilities and people. Their magic appears to be quite potent, but difficult to control as their siblings host much power, and that Willow is new to actually using their magical abilities.

Trivia

Willow's actual height is 6'9". The exact reasoning for them being shrunk down remains classified.

Cats seem to like them a lot and cluster around them. Willow likes snakes better.

Gets very frightened at intense thunder. (Brontophobia)

Allergic to bee stings.

Due to some specifics, they aren't actually aware that they use their siblings as their summons, and don't actually "know" where any of them are, along with their mother and father. This concerns them, but they have the vague idea that they are all safe as long as willow themself is.
